Math is complicated process that has children applying skills such as questioning, predicting, examining, discussing, describing,
and rationalizing. And of course you would need to be able to read and write. There are at times detailed directions contained
in textbooks, articles, and documents such as graphs and charts that children will need to read.
There are also certain ways in which a teacher can demonstrate math in such a way so that the children can remember. I
have personally decided to let that way be through play and hands-on activities.
